‘I got goosebumps just thinking about this year’

Having played in just 40 games due to injuries last season, and with the Lakers completely missing the playoffs, the 29-year-old tough striker said he’s on a mission to help lead the franchise into its recovery year.

“I went this summer to focus on strengthening my body,” Davis told Yahoo Sports. “I have to be on the field and at my best to put us in a position where we can be the best. I am ready to do it.”
