“Officers were called to the Palace Theater last night after staff reported a number of people causing a disturbance,” a spokesperson said. “The police have spoken to two people who have been removed by the police, and a decision will be taken on any further action once the evidence is reviewed.”
The elimination at the end was the second such of the night. The Manchester Evening News reported that the first act stopped to evacuate others who were singing on top of the cast.

“I wanted to send a really special message to the people in Manchester who came to the show tonight to say thank you very much. I respect that you paid your money and am very grateful to all the respectful people on stage, who want to put you on a beautiful show. For all that happened tonight – I can’t help but I say, I don’t have all the details — I’m just so, so sorry we couldn’t finish the show.”
Fellow actor Aiden Callahan, who plays bodyguard Frank Farmer in the show, tweeted: “The theater stopped the show at the end of the night because of the disgusting behaviour. We wanted to go on but it became a huge incident. I’m really sorry for what was a 99.9% brilliant audience because a few individuals Those who behaved badly destroyed him.
