The LTTE is to declare a unilateral ceasefire to coincide with the SAARC summit to be attended by several heads of state from South Asia, an LTTE official told the Daily Mirror yesterday. The LTTE said it would inform the Norwegian facilitators of the decision and also make it public via the LTTE peace secretariat today. |
