Only two blue tag teams will be able to participate in a Six-Pack Ladder match for the Undisputed Tag Team Championship at Wrestlemania 40 Early next month in Philadelphia, so they've booked two mini-tournaments to determine said teams. The finals of each tournament were held on this week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Initially, The Street Profits were clearly positioned above Grayson Waller & Austin Theory, but Titantron's distraction from Karrion Kross & Scarlett's attack on Bobby Lashley & B-Fab resulted in them losing the pinfall.
Later, The New Catch Republic took advantage of Angel & Berto just getting into a brawl with LWO, cleanly defeating the Legado del Fantasma duo to advance to the big show.
