Siljanovska-Tavkova, who defeated her predecessor Stevo Penderovsky in a run-off election in early May, pledged to continue her pro-Ukraine policy. During Thursday’s conversation, the leaders also touched on a summit organized by Switzerland aimed at creating a framework conducive to a comprehensive and lasting peace in Ukraine.
Zelensky thanked the Macedonian president for confirming his participation in the meeting and invited him to visit Ukraine.
