Kim Kardashian was booed at Netflix’s Tom Brady Roast

Kim Kardashian was met with a mixed reaction from the crowd at Tom Brady’s Roast on Sunday night.

The reality TV star and businesswoman took the stage with a glass of champagne in hand. She was initially met with applause, saying “thank you” in response. But then the boos drowned out the cheers, and Kardashian stopped to take a look. “Okay, okay, okay,” she said, laughing a little.

Off screen, Hart can be heard saying, “Wow, wow.”

The booing subsided and Kardashian began cracking her jokes.

She referred to rumors that once circulated that she and Brady were dating. “I know there are some rumors about us being there, and I will never say whether we did or not,” she said. “I’ll just release a tape.”

“But I know it’s never going to work out,” she continued, noting that Brady is a former athlete with strong cheekbones and “silky hair.”

“You remind me a lot of my stepfather now,” she joked about Caitlyn Jenner. “Oh, part of me thinks you want that [date] Just for me to try on my clothes. I know transitioning from the NFL was really tough. But I think my stepdad is a great example for you. She is one of the best athletes in the world who proves that you can do anything in this next chapter of your life. “You can become a commentator, a far-right Republican, or even a strong, confident woman.”

“Honestly, it’s hard for me to watch people roast you,” she added. “But I think enough of my family members have helped defend former football players,” she joked about her late father, Robert Kardashian, who was on OJ Simpson’s defense team during the latter’s murder trial.

When Brady later took the stage, he quickly spoke about Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West.

“Thank you so much for being here,” he told her. “I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight. Not for that reason, but because her kids are home with their dad.”

Greatest roast of all time: Tom Brady, Which was part of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest, was broadcast live, which Netflix described as the first roast ever to be broadcast live without editing. The festivities were held at the Kia Forum of Los Angeles in Inglewood.
