Baldur's Gate 3 players have expressed their love for the “most OP” achievement in the entire game, giving their team massive advantages when battle begins.

The same can be said for the game's combat, which allows players to pick and choose how they approach each encounter. Sometimes this means avoiding combat altogether, however, when push comes to shove, Baldur's Gate 3 players fall in love with this feat.
BG3 players have fallen in love with the alert feature
When combat begins in Baldur's Gate 3, all participating entities will need to participate in the initiative. Initiative dictates the turn order in combat, which means it is very important to have high initiative in order to land the first strike.

This is where Alert feat It comes into effect, because it grants a +5 bonus to initiative, and prevents you from being surprised. This is incredibly useful when facing opponents, as you will always have your say first.
