Ukraine, Russian occupation. Ukrainians set off an “incredibly large barrage” in the Luhansk region

– Luhansk Oblast accomplishes a great task – it stops the incredibly large barrage of Russian troops. Sergei Haidai, the head of the regional authorities, said the Russians had thrown their forces to attack Severotnetsk.

According to Hajj, Russian troops are attacking several sections of the front line and are constantly firing everywhere in the region. “They threw their forces to cut off the Chevroletonetsk and Lisyansk-Bakmut route,” he said. He said the Russians’ actions were aimed at providing evacuation routes and humanitarian assistance and preventing the supply of weapons to Ukrainian troops.

– Now I hope the Luhansk region is doing a great job – stopping the incredibly large barrage of Russian troops so that our troops can get the long-awaited weapons, especially long-range artillery – said Hajdaj.

Hajdaj also spoke about the difficult situation at the hospital in Siewierodoniec. Currently there are only three doctors and five nurses. The medical facility was shelled by the Russians and although it was severely damaged, 20 patients are still there. Medication and food items last about 10 days. On Friday, 12 people were discharged from hospital with serious injuries.

He also reported that the Russians had destroyed an important bridge between Hajdaj, Siverodonik and Lisikzansky.
